The guide was produced by the Transitional Justice Initiative of the International Human Rights Law Group in Burundi, and is part of an integrated project implemented in conjunction with Civil Society actors and designed to strengthen and impact upon the process of post conflict justice. It also serves as a sensititization and awareness raising tool on the provisions of the Arusha Peace and Reconciliation agreement.
